I have only had the experience of having a small deer processed. However I am absolutely pleased with the communication. I had questions to ask and they were answered to my satisfaction, the website is the most informative I’ve seen especially the beef sales. Very polite staff and the place is very clean considering it’s a butcher/processor. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks y’all for everything.
